Had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Balthazar! I stayed at Jacuzzi III room and it was stunning! Staff were so kind and helpful, Diogo provided me a tour of the place when I first arrived. I had breakfast delivered to my room and enjoyed dining on the balcony with great views of the city and castle. The spa and amenities were great and very relaxing. One thing to note is that the place was a bit hard to find / drive into as it is a one way narrow cobble stone road to get to the entrance of the stay. Would highly recommend, thanks again Casa Balthazar and staff for a wonderful stay!

Staying at Casa Balthazar was a fantastic experience. The staff was very pleasant and outstanding in service. Concierges Uran and Paula were the best👍. Highly recommend it for its location as well. We could walk and see whatever we wanted. A bit expensive, but worth it.

Casa Balthazar is a delightful oasis amidst Lisbon's hubbub. Well located for getting here and there around the city and beyond, whether by foot, tram, or train, it's a lovely place to stay, with helpful staff, good breakfasts, and well-appointed rooms (several with nice views). It's not opulently luxurious, but it has an easy graciousness. I recently revisited the hotel and have recommended it to more than one friend traveling to Lisbon - all of us are fans.

The property is very nice, but the rooms are not all in the same building. It was a little convoluted to travel between rooms. The rooms are spacious There are no elevators. you pre order breakfast the night before and it is delivered to your room. Rooms were equipped with kitchenette with utensils. Very convenient. You felt like you were staying in a secret hideaway. Staff were wonderful and very helpful in every way. Made to feel welcomed and comfortable.

This place is fantastic. Infinitely better than a regular hotel. Well located and easily accessible it is near everything. The property is gorgeous The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room we had was huge, with a separate sitting area. The bathroom was recenty renovated and there was unlimited hot water. I cannot think of a downside.
