Casa Cao Verde is a lovingly renovated and modernised home located at the entrance of a traditional Portuguese village, surrounded by vegetable fields and fruit orchards.
The large, sunny garden features shade-giving apple trees and offers a peaceful setting for outdoor breakfasts, barbecues, or simply relaxing in the sun. Please note that the garden may occasionally be shared with the property owner when they are staying in the neighbouring house during holiday periods.
Across the property, guests are welcome to use the spacious terrace of the owner’s adjacent house. This exceptional terrace offers open sea views, including a clear view of the Berlenga Islands, making it a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets and evening drinks.
The Space:
The spacious ground-floor living room opens onto two additional rooms: one is a cosy bedroom, the other a small reading room that can also accommodate an extra mattress if needed. The main, larger bedroom is located in the converted attic, featuring a charming dormer window that leads out to a small private terrace.
Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The newly renovated bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower is also on the ground floor, right next to the kitchen. On cooler days, guests can light the modern fireplace and enjoy a cosy evening by the fire.

Guests have full access to the house and garden, with the understanding that the garden may be shared with the owner during occasional holiday stays. The large sea-view terrace in the neighbouring property is also available for guests’ use.
