Can’t recommend this property enough! Great family room for a travelling family with a 3 yr old. Shared bathrooms were spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Metro station right opposite front door so easy to access anywhere in Lisbon. Great stay!

The hostel wss easily accessed by metro. It was very clean and there were lots of choices for breakfast. I highly recommend this place for its location and very friendly and helpful staff.

The property was so nice and beautiful. The amenities were also well stocked and wonderful breakfast in the morning. The staff were so accommodating and amazing hosts. Definitely recommend!

This property might have changed my mind about shared spaces… The property is is a very convenient location close to restaurants and supermarkets and directly across from the train station. The instructions from the staff to get to the hotel from the airport by metro were extremely clear and easy to follow. The train ride was a breeze, we got there in 20 min and the train was clean and cheap. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t know that the bathrooms were going to be shared and was very nervous about it but they were clean as was the room and other shared areas. The breakfast was included and very good options. You must keep in mind that they have more than one building and no elevators but they can help with the luggage if you ask. Overall it was a great experience with comfy beds and clean spaces.

This property is very well maintained and clean! The room was spacious and the service was wonderful. I didn't know it was a shared bathroom, but luckily there were 2 shared bathrooms and also a toilet separately so it wasn't a hassle as such and everything was clean. The metro station was close by which helped alot! They were kind enough to accomodate a fan for me as my room had a lot of windows. But overall a good place to stay if you are visiting!

As mentioned in other reviews, the property is older and lacks strong soundproofing between rooms. Our room faced the street, so it did get loud a few times. That said, the customer service was excellent—the staff even helped us with our bags during check-in. The breakfast selection was great, and we were pleasantly surprised that snacks were available throughout the day. The bathroom was mostly clean, though the showers could use some attention. One only worked as a handheld due to a broken attachment, and the other drained very slowly. These are very minor issues, though—overall, we had a really good stay.

Located near subway stop however lots of transfer needed to go to tourist areas of Lisbon. Street is very noisy, if you want windows open (because no AC) it’s very loud.

Excellent 👌 hotel. This hotel deserve to be classified as a great hotel for multiple of reasons. Beginning with location.iy Is in front of the train station ( Saldahna Station). You get at the hotel by train in about 30 minutes.Very walkable area. A lot of buses take you everywhere. Once you get in the hotel, the staff pay attention to every detailrelated to customer. Wonderful staff , very helpful. Included breakfast very good. Rooms very clean; shared bathrooms impeccable Excellent 👍.
