Pros: Spacious layout, central location with sunny views, host communicates promptly. Felt safe given the amount of doors to pass to access the apartment. Cons: VERY loud music (trumpet, saxophone, stereo) on the street right outside, non stop until past midnight on weekdays and weekends. Washing machine is broken, the door sensor does not latch correctly causing the machine to not start. Despite communications with the host, and them sending a representative to check it out, the machine was still not operable. There is black mold along the floor of the shower. The comforter was not useable as it had large stains. The bed space requires a ladder to access, not convenient if you have mobility issues.
