Clean room, excellent location and the staff couldn’t be better!!! They helped us during our stay, suggested places to see and how to get there. Extremely nice and helpful. The decoration of the space is amazing and the rooms are just what you may need.

Good location, Very clean, staff very nice, breakfast was top rated. But the room is extremely simple, not even a chair present, the only place you can sit other than the bed was the toilet seat, and you actually have two USB ports next to the toilet seat if you need to work

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They helped us book a tour to Sintra and Cascais. We stayed in December and the room was cold at night. The heating did not work, but the staff provided us with extra blanket to keep us warm. There was also a nice bottle of wine to welcome us to the hotel room and the room was clean. The only other difficulty with the hotel is its location at the top of a hill. Otherwise, the hotel has a good proximity to Rossio Square.
