Quaint hotel in central Lisbon

This hotel is in a wonderful location! There’s a metro station 2 mins away. And so many shops and food options were walking distance. It’s in a flat part of the city which is great. The hotel it self was great! The room was very spacious and clean. My only comments would be: The room we had was facing the streets and it was on the first floor so it would get noisy on a weekend night. The bathroom also had no sort of shower curtain or door so the whole floor would get wet. Luckily they provided more towels but it felt waste ful having to use so many towels to dry the floor. Over all great experience and i’d 100% stay here again!

good location

We only stayed one night but the place was in the center and walkable to all the restaurants, cafes, shopping and points of interests in Lisbon. Public transportation was close by too.

NOT a 4 Star HOTEL!

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property, as advertised. I feel deceived. The elevator starts on the second floor, and it’s not wheelchair accessible, so be aware. The lobby is a joke – just an atrium with nothing else. For a hotel to be considered 4 stars, it should have 24/7 service. In the room, there’s no closet, no phone, nothing at all. There isn’t even a full-length mirror – just a small one in the bathroom. Any hotel that uses an Ikea dining table as a desk, coffee table, and whatever else you need, simply doesn’t meet expectations. The air conditioning never turned on, and if it’s cold outside, you better layer up because it gets chilly inside the room. If you get hot, you can open the window, but be prepared for street noise. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars at most. I didn’t have a terrible stay, but I definitely felt misled about what was promised.

Nice room well lit in the center of the town.

This hotel is situated at the center of the town. 1 block from the metro which is very convenient. The room is small but essential for our needs. We were given a street view. You don't hear the noise from the street when the window are closed. Highly recommend for couples or singles. WiFi is good.

El mejor lugar si quieres estar cerca de todo. En nuestro caso despedimos el año en la Plaza del Comercio y en minutos llegamos caminando al hotel. Muy cerca de la estacion del tren Baixa. Hay muchas opciones de comida alrededor y el elevador de Santa Justa justo al doblar la calle. El hotel esta en remodelación, pero eso no nos afectó en nada. El cuarto con balcón y vista a la ciudad es excelente. Nos recibieron muy bien, nos guardaron las maletas y nos dieron recomendaciones para restaurantes. Volvería a quedarme sin duda alguna.

Centrally located

Small but comfy room. All the basics were there…hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bathroom, shower, and sink are in different spaces so that was convenient time wise for two people. Right in the middle of everything. Metro two blocks away. Trolleys and trams two blocks. Ample food and coffee options close by.

Upon arrival, my partner and I were given a room on a floor that did not have elevator access, contrary to what was advertised on your website. It was stated that the property has elevators, yet all guests are required to carry their luggage up to the first floor, which was not disclosed prior to our arrival. My partner has a history of back pain, and carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs aggravated his condition significantly. Given the discomfort and the misleading information on your website, we made the decision to leave immediately after receiving the key to our room, and we checked out shortly thereafter. This misrepresentation of your property has caused unnecessary distress and pain for my partner, and we feel that we should not be charged for a stay we never actually completed.

From entering the building on our first day to exiting the building in our departure, an absolutely first class experience. Couldn’t have wished for better staff, so friendly, so helpful, everyone couldn’t do enough for us, and not forgetting their wonderful birthday surprise of a bottle of wine and chocolate cake for my husband! So helpful with suggestions of where to visit, including detailed directions on how to get to the places on our wish list. Our cosy room and its facilities kept spotlessly clean, throughout our stay, we didn’t want for anything. Greatly appreciated the staff taking the time to email us a wonderful welcome and arranging a warm and friendly pick up and drop off from and back to the airport. As they say, you do business with people, we couldn’t have asked for better people. A GINORMOUS thank you for making our stay extra special! Helen & Rich xx
