Nice lobby bar - good service and pleasant atmosphere. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants/bars. Room was nicely appointed with everything in good working order. Great neighborhood- quiet, but accessible (walking distance) to many and varied eating places, the Oceanário, and a huge mall.

This hotel is in the new part of the city, very close walk to the aquarium. It is beautifully decorated inside with informative wall art about Lisbon. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had towel warmers. The toilet space has a door for privacy. They offer pillow service - never had that before - where you could choose from five different types of pillows. The rooftop pool was closed for the winter but it is a beautiful infinity style pool that overlooks the city. We did not use the Turkish bath or sauna but they looked nice. We were only there one night but would definitely stay again if we are ever in Lisbon.

We did not have a great experience. On the day of our check out we had a leak in our room and instead of moving us to a new room immediately they had their maintenance team in the bathroom all morning therefore we were not able to get ready for the day until after we called and asked for new accommodations. The AC did not work and the water temperature was lukewarm at best. Would not recommend
