Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was a water leak in the bathroom. The water was coming from the floor, probably a leak in the shower. I had to clean up the water every evening and morning or the water would go in the rest of the apartment. I called the management, they sent someone that tried to patch the floor with silicon caulking?? I'd did nothing, it got worse every day. They should have not rent the property in this condition

Séjour mitigé

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme à 10 min à pied du métro et du célèbre tram 28. A côté de la résidence se trouve une supérette de proximité ce qui est bien pratique pour des petites courses. Ce qui est moins pratique c'est que la remise des clés se fasse dans un autre quartier de Lisbonne. Avec des enfants et les bagages c'est vraiment pas idéal. La résidence est propre et calme mais l'insonorisation de l'appartement reste à revoir. Les couchages sont confortables même si le canapé lit est un peu dur. Le gros point noir de l'appartement est que la douche a un problème de fuite d'eau. Une serpillière est indispensable si on veut garder les pieds aux sec (notamment pour l'accès aux toilettes). L'équipement de cet appartement est très minimaliste: 2 mugs, 2 bols, 4 assiettes et verres, et seulement 3 fourchettes... Il y a une casserole mais pas de passoire, un balai mais pas de pelle à ordures, un sceau et frange de serpillière mais pas le manche qui va avec. Bref l'équipement est plus que sommaire notamment pour 4 personnes. Dommage car le séjour dans cet appartement pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable.
