A newly refurbished apartment in a historical neighbourhood. My home is comprised of an open-concept space, bedroom, kitchen and a small patio for you to relax, especially if you want to people-watch in the early morning with a warm cup of coffee.

In the living area, you will find a sofa, television and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for easy cleaning. Further inside is the bedroom with queen-sized bed lined with fresh linens and duvet. Next to it is the bathroom which comes with hot water, soap and shampoo. Towels are provided free of charge at your personal convenience.

Kindly note that the internet service may not be suitable for streaming or remote work activities.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Santos-O-Velho is known as one of the best preserved historical parts of Lisbon, including Madragoa (former village in the outskirts of Central Lisbon), the Museum of Ancient Art, and many former convents and palaces (in which the current Embassy of France in included). You can find lots of well-known streets such as Rua das Trinas, Rua do Guarda-Mor, Rua do Quelhas, Rua das Praças, and Avenida da Brasilia, famous for their nightlife.

It's easy to get around and see most of Central Lisbon by foot. However, public transport such as buses and trains are available; the nearest station to my house is Av. Infante Santo (which is a 10-minute walk)

Taxi and Uber are available at your convenience.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
