The staff were great! Very helpful and really did their best to make our stay pleasant. I didn't give 5 stars in all areas as we had to move rooms a few times and sometimes we had a frig in our room and sometimes we didn't. Overall the experience was great, the breakfast fantastic, and we loved lisboa very much!! Thank you!

We came back to Lisbon after visiting Tomar and Porto. We decided to stay in a different hotel. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The room was fairly spacious.

To be honest with my four star hotel experience, this one is not on that standard starting from staff uniform & professionalism, service, breakfast…etc. one of the best thing about this hotel is very, very clean room. This hotel could be a very good three star hotel. Not a four star hotel.
