Holiday Inn is a basic hotel. The bedrooms are dated and requires updating. The bed is comfortable and the pool area is nice for relaxing. The charge €3 for a small water in the mini bar be aware of this. Mostly Portuguese tv station .

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and efficient! You don't have to wait for anything. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. The perfect place in Lisbon away from all the busyness and noise but not too far from all the attractions.

The view was not good , room power ( all lights went off at 11 pm ) , had to call front desk , was waking up by room service in the morning , they came to wrong room , had to call front desk to fix bath tub. Toilet bowl was designed horrible

This hotel is in great location close to the university. The poolside bar/restaurant on the roof is wonderful with nice views over the city. The buffet in the restaurant is wonderful, especially for large groups or conferences.
