Disliked: Cleanliness
Room was lightly cleaned. Couch dirty and the range drawer filthy. Stayed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and noise levels high 2am to 3am from street partying. This is run by a corporation. Avoid it. Worst booking ever. They couldn’t care less. Also, when asked for the Netflix password we were sent the login email with letters blocked out so useless. The cushions and couch did not smell clean. We covered it with a a sheet to feel comfortable sitting on it. A sure sign they don’t understand cleanliness is that there was a container for dish soap with a small amount of watered down soap. No hand soap. If you still decide to book this be sure to purchase hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dish soap. Bring along cleaning supplies and ear plugs.

The location was good. It was really warm one day and the floor fans were both broken, and no batteries in the remote. I contacted the host, who said they would have someone check on it, but they never resolved it while I was there. The front door was sticky and challenging. The appliances all worked well and WIFI was strong. I stayed almost a week and was surprised I had to supply my own TP, and there were no kitchen towels or paper towels, so I had to use a washcloth when cooking. The bed was comfortable and the area was mostly quiet.

This was the perfect place to stay in Lisbon! It was in such a great neighborhood and we were able to walk to nearly everything we wanted to see. The neighboring streets are almost impossibly cute and we didn't even get a chance to try all the wonderful cafes and dinner restaurants that were available to us in the 3 short days we were there. The host was responsive throughout the entire process and gave clear instructions on how to get in which was wonderful considering we had just finished nearly 24 hours of travel and wanted a shower and a good night of sleep. The bed is quite firm, which was totally fine for us, but something to consider if you're sensitive to that. There is a pull out mattress on the ground floor that we didn't use, but could be used in a pinch. The wifi was fast and reliable. I was able to take work zoom calls on it without issue. I would 100% stay here again should I visit Lisbon in the future.
