Centrally located, beautiful hotel. However, do not stay on the first floor. It is right above the kitchen and you can hear everything. We were woken up very early by the moving of chairs and tables. The property is nice, but definitely get a ocean view. Nice amenities, great staff.

Felt like we were right in the middle of everything but the hotel was quiet and peaceful at night. Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Could do better!

Great location and the staff were very friendly. However there are a lot they can improve on since they are supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. First morning we were woken up by the builders in the next room at 8am! Hotel changed our room after breakfast which is great but in our new room our shower was blocked. Told reception but nothing was done, had to keep turning shower off to wait for the water to drain for 3 days! There were no slippers or bathrobes, toiletries were nice but very basic.

Great hotel but the pool isn’t heated.

This was a great hotel but the only reason I booked it was for the indoor pool. Sadly the pool was not heated so that was a big negative.

We stay in January the place was quite. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel as parking we didn’t know that , so we park outside of the hotel by the police station it’s expensive and hard to find a parking spot.

Great location

Great location and the breakfast was very good. Our only issue was that there was no iron available in the room. When we asked to borrow one we were told that the hotel doesn’t have one! We could have had our clothes laundered at a cost (but the clothes were already clean and just needed a quick press having been in the suitcase) We travel a lot and have never come across this situation before. It spoilt our trip a little but as we had a booking at a special restaurant and were a little embarrassed to turn up in creased clothing!

Great hotel by the sea in Cascais

My friend and I had a great stay at Hotel Baia which is facing the sea front in Cascais. Easy reachable from the train station and the perfect location from exploring Cascais. The room was nice and spacious and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price.
