Location of the property is really good. 1 min from metro station. Walkable to many attractions. Property cleaniness is pretty good except for some sewage smell in the late afternoon/evening around the lobby area. Overall the location of the property is unbeatable.

Only issue was during our check in with a female staff Who wasnt very helpful. A standard room is very small and ita like an attic. If you book here make sure to choose superior. Inhave to thank the hotel manager for changimg us into a superior room. He was very helpful. Otherwise we were very happy there.

We checked into the hotel during the power outage. Things were crazy but the check in staff were calm, helpful and welcoming. The place itself is a bit run down but it was clean and really well located. All the staff were great.

Really nice old building. Small elevator and only goes up to the 4th floor so of you have lots of luggage you may want to stay lower.

Awful. We didn’t want to take one of their taxis because they didn’t tell us we needed to pay in cash. The staff at the front desk started to yell at my cousin and I as we started to walk away. He followed us out yelling at us until we left. Do not recommend

This hotel has an amazing location. It’s near multiple shopping areas and near the metro station. Also has multiple restaurants, cafes, and bakeries near by. The bed in the room was okay. Not the best but for 2 night stays it was worth it. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Lisbon if full of night life. Even though, in front of the hotel, it is generally busy and full of some entertainment, our room was quiet and was not disturbed by noise. We were able to find a laundromat near by (8 mins away-walking). This hotel is excellent for first time visitors to Lisbon.
