Overall very cool concept and kids loved the room and their beds. Staff was super friendly. Area around the hotel was safe, but can be a bit noisy at night. Would still highly recommend. The pool and the bar on the rooftop are a great plus.

The property is very well designed and very comfortable. It’s very close to Santos where you can find many restaurants and shops. The room was great and had a very pleasant experience with the staff who were always ready to help.

Very nice hotel and unique looking. Super clean rooms and lobby, the pool area very nice except the pool water wasn’t clean. Would have been practical to have a mini fridge in the room otherwise it was excellent.

The hotel is very simple, but VERY well decorated. We were very comfortable and it was easy to get to the main areas of Lisbon. The bar and pool on the roof were a great hangout space.

Loved the quad room, it was perfect for our family of four … kids aged 11 & 14. The location was a quick walk to the Time Out Market which was great. Breakfast was decent, wish there had been more fruit options. Also wish the rooms had a mirror outside of the bathroom so that more than one person could be getting ready at a time. But overall we loved it! The vibe was super cool and unique and the rooftop pool was lovely!

Great hotel, friendly staff nothing bad about the place other than the parking which is bad. Parking limited to 4h so you are stuck putting money in the meter. Otherwise can find 24h parking far away with walk. If you have no car place is amazing with great staff, quiet and clean facilities albeit no gym.

BED BUGS AND GASLIGHTING – AVOID AT ALL COSTS I stayed at JAM Lisbon and woke up covered in bed bug bites. I immediately informed the staff, who moved my room and “treated” my luggage—clear signs they knew the issue was real. Yet they later denied responsibility, suggested it might be from my flight, and claimed their smart sensors detected nothing. Classic deflection. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was an infested room, ruined sleep, anxiety about bringing bugs home, and no accountability. They refused a refund, offered a free breakfast instead, and gaslit me by implying I imagined the bites. Disgraceful customer service, zero responsibility, and a patronizing follow-up email. Do not trust this hotel. Do not stay here. You’ve been warned.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

Loved it! Very industrial but really cool and quirky repurposed hotel. The rooms had enough space/beds and didn’t have all the unnecessary filler. Coffee station on every floor, communal fridge, stove and microwave in lobby. Great cabana upstairs with bar, ping pong and pool. Great location on the dock close to city center and public transportation. It’s a 20 min walk or two train stops. Service was amazing. Only con for me was the low shower water pressure, but you can’t have it all i I guess! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
