*Please note that the access by car to the historic center is closed to traffic. You will need a proof of reservation to access by car and to drop of your luggage since you will not be able to park inside the historical center.
We recommend you to park at estrada da Macieira, the parking is free.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The description and the photos are very misleading. The curtains above the bed are missing and the headboard of the bed is missing too. Only one light on the sides of the bed is working, the other one, even when plugged, is not. The view, advertised as magnificent, is on the side wall of the next door building, 1 metre away. The toilette leaks water when flushed, the lid of the toilette bin is broken and behind the bed there was quite a lot of dirt. On the side wall next to the bed there is a strip of gold coloured wallpaper that is peeling away. The bed consists of 2 singles with the linking bar broken so they separate from one another. Only good notes are the position and the mattresses which are quite comfy. If you drive don’t follow their advice but check the Sintra free public parking spaces for a stress free experience! We won’t stay there again and in 2 weeks touring Portugal this has been the most disappointing place we have been.
