Selve lejligheden er rigtig dejlig. Stor og rummelig til 4, ren og med nye vinduer så trafikstøj minimeres. Der er også et veludstyret køkken med en lille forsyning af mest nødvendigheder (opvaske tabletter, salt, kaffe, te og kaffe filtre) Gaden er dog noget dodgy og opgangen er ikke værd at invitere nogen ind i. Der er skraldespande lige inden for døren og der har ikke været gjort rent i omkring 50 år for ikke at tale om manglende vedligehold af bl.a.. trappegelænder. Med sin placering på fjerde etage er der 72 høje trin op til lejligheden (ingen elevator). Ikke så cool med kufferter.
