The boat is a Gib Sea 312 Plus measuring 9.20 metres (31.2 feet) built in 1992. Bought in 2017, it has been inspected and overhauled. Since then, the list of improvements has been long.
It consists of 2 cabins, a saloon with a folding table and sofa, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
• The V-shaped forward cabin has a double bed.
• The aft cabin has a small panoramic window 30 cm above the waterline that allows you to see the water and the sunset (children love this).
• The lounge has a central folding table with 2 sofas.
• The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge.
• The bathroom has a hot-water shower and manual toilet.
What to expect
One of our guests wrote that this is a real boat, in real water and in real weather. This sentence summarizes it all.
The boat is not a boat during the day and an apartment at night, it will move with the wind and with the water, the cables hit the masts with the wind, the ships enter and leave the port at night.
If it's raining, I cannot do anything because I'm not the weatherman. The weather forecast is very accurate for less than 5 days and pretty good for less than 14 days.

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 22:00 on the start date of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us.
Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.
On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.
By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).
Extra guests
The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.
Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.
Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

As a family home, we have a no-smoking policy, so we ask that you do not smoke inside the property
What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when you stay in our home, we have a strict no drugs policy.
Pets
Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing
Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.
And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.
Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.
Parties
For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.
