We had the perfect stay. As two female travelers, we felt very safe and comfortable during our trip. It’s located centrally - nothing was more than a 20 min walk away. We felt given the amount we spent, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room we stayed in was well suited for couples. The amenities are excellent, we loved the communal spaces and the pool. The environment is very relaxing. Wifi was reliable and good, no issues whatsoever there. I want to take a moment to mention the staff - our experience interacting with members of the team was absolutely superb from start to end. They were very friendly and informative. A really wonderful place to stay.

I only stayed here for one night (overnight layover), so I am a bit bummed I didn't get to take full advantage of my stay here. The hotel has a cute but edgy vibe to it and my room was cozy and clean. Check in was a breeze-- the front desk clerk gave us so many suggestions for what to do with our night. They even upgraded our room free of charge. When I come back to Lisbon I will definitely make sure I stay here again.

The property has great dining options.The dining staff is excellent.Didn't like their checkin policy. They were too exact. No room for kindness to their guests. Even if they have a room you have to wait until 4pm to get somewhere to rest after a long flight or you pay 30Euros extra. My week stay in Portugal was wonderful so the lovely weather and great people did mass the hotel checkin experience . .

Everything I was looking for - all the flexibility and amenities of an apartment, to a high standard, with the amenities and convenience of a hotel. Great staff. Room is compact, but ideal for a solo traveller or couple. I couldn't ask for anything more. Excellent metro and bus links and walkable into the historic town. A perfect mixture of retreat for R&R and a base to explore.

Nice hotel with a great vibe and location Overall, the hotel is very nice — we especially loved the location and the laid-back atmosphere. However, we did notice some issues with cleanliness in our room. Small details were overlooked, like a full garbage can upon arrival and a bathroom that appeared only partially cleaned.
