Me and my girlfriend came to Locke de Santa Joana for her birthday, and all I can say is; WOW! The best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were 10/10, super helpful and even waived our late check out fare. Absolutely stunning room, best hotel room we’ve ever had. They also provided a bottle of wine for FREE to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, which was extremely kind of them. Great location and only a couple minutes walk to attractions like TimeOut Market and Pink Street. We will most definitely be returning on our next trip back, thank you to Locke for making our first time in Lisbon so memorable!

This was hard to review because overall I love the feel and design of this hotel. The gorgeous pool, the interior design, the comfy bed, the cafe and bars all add to this wonderful feeling where you can feel safe and stay in or venture out. However the cons is the room design (one bedroom apartment) does not maximise the space. A strange corridor for two huge dresses was created instead of making the sleeping area bigger. The sleeping area and bed frame mean you’re going to bash your shins every time you go to bed! Location wise it’s central and you can easily go to most places from there but it’s not got a huge amount around it - although that doesn’t matter too much as the hotel facilities are great.

I loved everything about the place The staff were all very friendly & accomodating Nothing by a pleasure dealing with the staff Only suggestion i had was improve signage. Its easy if you work there however it took me a month to find my way around Looking for the bars a challenge plus i got lodt in the underground parking and did not have a car. Walked in a back door and had to find security to take me to front desk. No signage how to get to lobby from garage. This is not a big deal but would assist .other than this some issue one of best hotels i have stayed at ...excellent

We arrived well before our check in, we just wanted to leave our bags but they let us in our rooms so we could relax and shower after a long flight. The place is super clean, so well decorated, in a nice area close to a main train station. It’s well located to trains and buses as well. There is a restaurant next to it where you can grab breakfast and coffee before heading out to your adventures in Lisboa. Rodrigo was Amazing and so HELPFUL🙏
