This is the second Mama Shelter I've stayed at. While the common areas and restaurant weren't as large or as attractive as the Mama Shelter in Prague, the hotel had a nice vibe and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our honeymoon. We had a terrible journey travelling from the algarve and got delayed by 7 hours meaning we didn’t have long in Lisbon, we were devastated but the experience we had at mama shelter made it all worth it. Beautiful & fun hotel with the most incredible vibe. We loved it & will be returning as soon as possible to enjoy it some more!

The staff are all truly amazing! Extremely welcoming and helpful. It is a good location - you do have to walk a little to get everywhere, but it is less hectic than other more touristy parts of Lisbon. Great food (especially the pizza). Rooms have funky decoration, but are on the small side (like nowhere to put your suitcase small), even though we had a medium sized room. We had a blocked shower which took 24 hours to resolve. But otherwise a great stay.

The staffs in the hotel are very rude. The washroom door was bad and when my friend stacked in the washroom I called to the reception many times and no body answer it. For a One room with two beds we paid 250Euro per night and this has no breakfast.

Front desk (Andre) was patient and kind. He helped with trying to get a cab for my friend (which are not easy to get) and overall a pleasant guy. The hotel is hip and modern. Great time staying there.
