All the talk of extra charges really made the place feel cheap. You were getting the worse side of a hotel & aribnb. I do think it’s good as a longer term stay but wouldn’t recommend for a weekend in Lisbon - non-flexible checkin & noisy rooms (from both the street & other apartments) were our main issues.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, o staff do hotel extremamente atencioso, solicitos. O apartamento é muito confortável, exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é ótima, perto do metro e um mercado muito próximo. Tem local para deixar as malas, meus sogro esqueceu dinheiro e eles nos entregaram junto com as malas, ele nem tinha percebido. Gostamos muito e recomendo. O sofá cama do apartamento para 4 é muito bom, dormem 2 tranquilamente é confortavelmente. Só os travesseiro que não são muito bons…

Friendly staff, great AC, excellent location, on-site parking was easy. Bed was small for two - considered a Full in the US. Was thinking double meant a king size, like most European sizing. But a nice stay and would stay there again.

A great stay for us with our 3 month old. The check in process was faultless & the staff were very attentive. The apartment itself had all that we required for our stay - the apartment was starting to show minor signs of wear & tear, but overall of good condition. Great location surrounded by supermarkets and easy access to transport links (metro/bus etc). Highly recommend.

This apartment is located in a quiet corner near the business district, and it's not far from the major attractions. Metro stops are about 8 minutes away. Auchan and Aldi are just at the corner. The apartment is very clean with modern facilities. The reception people are quite hospitable and they called me one day before for confirming my arrival time. We are quite happy!

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was a fairly quiet location and yet close to everything. The apartment was very nice and we felt very comfortable there.

Staff was attentive but I had communicated via WhatsApp above the noise, no admin after 8pm, clean place, parking available for 20 euros per night highest of all parking charges we have been. YES, extra fees definitely not stated on booking. Our cell phones does not charges, I have to connect it to my laptop while being use to charge. Our bed creaking loudly when we are moving, the upstairs above us from the time they came in till 2am are stamping, walking, running, it lower the noise after I knocked the door at midnight. On this trip this is the 12th hotel we’ve used. I will NOT recommend this place. Management needs to replace the bed (old, or it felts like it was a sofa bed).

Comfortable and convenient

The apartment was comfortable for 3 people, and we enjoyed the location, just a few blocks from a branch of our favorite Copenhagen Coffee Lab and convenient to several metro stations. It was an easy 20-minute downhill walk to get to the center, and we rode a couple of different buses to get back from downtown. It would have been great to have conditioner in the shower alongside the shampoo and shower gel.

Gives you a sense of living in Lisbon

Great place to visit Lisbon. It’s in a quieter neighborhood but still fairly accessible to most areas of interest. The apartment truly makes you feel like you’re living in the city. Having a basic kitchen and a washing machine insuite is handy for longer stays or a break between a bigger journey. Would definitely stay here again
