Welcome to “ALI - Luís Inácio Apartment”!

Very spacious, lots of natural light, very sunny terrace with jacuzzi and a magnificent view over the rooftops of Lisbon and the Tagus River which gives you the opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking sunset!

Great, but no parking!

The reason we chose this apartment was because it said "Onsite Parking" was included, which should indicate that there is reserved parking. There is not, there is only street parking, which you need to pay for (and can only do 4 hours at a time).Other than that - it was great! Very clean and nice, and a great view!

Miss information about the apartment

The apartment was way overpriced for what it is.We stayed there for seven nights. Place was very cold when we got there. It was totally unprepared . It took about five hours to get it warm. The kitchen is on top floor, with a very narrow stairways. It was not convenient to go upstairs to get a water or something.Far from all attraction. Not a good neighborhood . Police was on the street every single night.The view of the sea was blocked by the building in front so maybe you could see a sea line when weather was good.Definitely wouldn't recommend it unless you don't care about the facts I describe

We really enjoyed our stay. If you have any mobility issues then the stairs and surrounding area can be difficult. However if was certainly as listed and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Lisbon

From my first Email encounter with Margarida it was a perfect fit for us! She answered all my questions, even the late at night ones! She arranged for Maria to pick us up at airport and to check us in. The home was spotless and super sunny! Would highly recommend this quiet apartment to anyone looking to be out of the downtown hustle and bustle yet only a 8 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city! Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Lovely apartment

Great stay at a lovely apartment not far from all the main sites. Uber is a 5-8euros ride to all main sites. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities. Would highly recommend!

Mini break to Lisbon

Apartment was very spacious , bedrooms , bathrooms all very nice and clean and comfortable . The jacuzzi on balcony was old and not clean the sofa on lounge area was old and uncomfortable . There was a mix up on arrival and we didn’t get collected but soon resolved with an uber and Maria was waiting for us on arrival . Everything else about the apartment was very good . Ubers were fantastic to get around Lisbon .

Fabulous Lisbon stay

The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 5 for a week stay in Lisbon. The view from the balcony is amazing. Margarida, property owner, was so helpful and attentive. She was wonderful to work with and all the details you can choose was so helpful. Maria, whom checked us in was fabulous, informative, and helpful. Overall, this was a great place to stay and the Margarida and Maria were amazing.

Great place to stay in Lisbon

We were very happy with our stay at this apartment. It was perfect for our family of five. We usually took an Uber or public transit to go downtown, but it was nice to come home at the end of the day to a quiet, comfortable place!! We found grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. In fact, the best meal that we had in Portugal was in a tiny restaurant hat we found within a 15 minute of the apartment. Margarida and Maria were very helpful with suggestions for places to visit, how to use public transit, places to eat and shop. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was convenient for UBER and we felt safe. The property is very clean and well maintained. We had great assistance with airport pick up and drop off with Mr. Paulo. We had very early and late arrivals and he was very good. He even carried heavy bags up the stairs. We got a kick out of the garbage trucks early morning rounds. We all laughed at it. I recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.

Great apartment with lovely view

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Great communication and flexibility with checkin. Super speedy response. Apartment had everything we needed and everything was a short Uber ride or walk away. It was much more pleasant to come home to than a hotel room! Wonderful view from the deck!

Very enjoyable stay in Lisbon

The apartment was clean and spacious. The entrance is on the 3rd floor (it is classified as the second floor but the ground floor is 0) The bedrooms and baths are on that floor. The living area and terrace are up an additional flight of stairs. The building does not have an elevator so you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs. This was not a problem for our group. The building was very secure. The property manager arranged for someone to pick us up at the airport ,take us to the apartment, and take care of check in. This all went smoothly. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. There are markets, restaurants, and bars within a short walk. We enjoyed patronizing these local spots. The people were friendly and prices were very reasonable. If you stay in this apartment you really should experience these local spots. To get to the more tourist oriented parts of Lisbon you will need to use Uber, taxis, or public transportation. We used Uber which is very reasonably priced. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is that access to and from the tourist parts of town are not accessible on foot. The property manager was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. As I said in the title of this review we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay in this apartment on a future visit

Best First Time

We went to Lisbon almost on a whim and this rental made the whole trip. The apartment is gorgeous and so cute with the best view. María and Pedro gave us the best trip around Lisbon and Portugal. They’re so passionate about their home and it’s so infections. There’s no other way to experience it. I can’t say enough great things.

A glorious place and the happiest of trips

This place was so wonderful that I wish I could keep it a secret just for ourselves. During our eight-day stay, we felt completely at ease and at home. There are three good-sized bedrooms, with plenty of natural light, and comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and having two beautiful bathrooms was a real convenience. Given the scorching heat of late August in Lisbon, the air conditioning in the house was a true blessing, allowing for restful sleep. We particularly relished the quiet nights. We loved our routine of gathering in the kitchen for coffee. The terrace, a highlight of the place, was the perfect setting for evening wine and family chats, with a splendid view of the Tagus River. We loved listening to the soothing sounds of Lisbon at night and savored the enticing aromas wafting from nearby bakeries. Several restaurants and mini markets are within walking distance, and reaching Lisbon city center is a mere 10-minute Uber ride away. The train and metro systems are easily accessible as well. Our host, Margarida, was wonderful. She cares about her guests and understands hospitality. Prior to our arrival, she prepared information about Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais, to make our stay comfortable. She greeted us with a lovely bottle of red wine. She struck the perfect balance between being available, while respecting our privacy. Margarida's hospitality is truly remarkable. We can’t wait to be back. Obrigada, Margarida.

Lisbon Stay after dance festival in Cinfaes

We had a lovely experience staying in this beautiful apartment. We were met by Maria, who checked us in and showed us the place. She was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub on the terrace was a lovely bonus. My only regret is that we only had 3 nights to visit Lisbon. Lovely view from the terrace to watch the sunrise over the river in the morning.

Great apartment and neighborhood

We greatly enjoyed our five-day stay in this very well appointed two-story apartment. It occupies the top two floors of a four-story building. The dining room/living room/kitchen comprise the top floor, which also has a lovely, spacious balcony offering terrific views of the city skyline. The jacuzzi on the balcony is a nice, luxurious feature. The three bedrooms, located one floor below, have very comfortable beds, sheets, blankets, and pillows. All three bedrooms have wonderful natural light, ample storage, and A/C units that work well. The two bathrooms on this level have been tastefully designed with luxurious shower heads and high-quality fixtures. The kitchen is also very smartly designed and stocked with all the supplies you’ll need. One thing we really loved about this apartment is the neighborhood in which it is located. It’s a well-maintained residential area with many nearby conveniences within a short walk, including several mini mercados and numerous cafes, wine bars, and restaurants. We enjoyed several terrific meals in the neighborhood, including authentic Portuguese and Mexican food. In addition, it’s a short 15-minute Uber ride to the downtown areas of Lisbon, and it’s also a short drive to both the airport and the Entrecampos train station. We appreciated that all our questions were answered promptly by the staff, and that we were given a tour of the place upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood

This was the perfect place for a ladies trip. The neighborhood was a bit out of city center but easily accessible to metro and nice to have quiet at night. Everything was clean and comfortable and the roof terrace was a perfect place for morning coffee and evening wine
