FANTASTIC HOLIDAY!!

Amazing staff - front desk and bellmen, bar/restaurant, housekeeping!! Fantastic location! Delicious food and wine. Fabulous holiday with my daughter just before she heads to uni! I lost my money pouch and credit cards the first night and Monica at front desk was very helpful to get cards cancelled in stressful situation. She also called a few days later just after we left the hotel to let us know the pouch with cards and cash was found in the hotel.

An Elegant Boutique Hotel that goes beyond its stars. From the moment you enter this hotel, you experience a sense of calm and relaxation created by the exceptional staff and the beautifully designed decor. When we entered our one bedroom suite, there was a handwritten personal note welcoming us along with a lovely bottle of Vino and delicious treats. Each day we received special treats. This hotel makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service they provide. Every night there would be bottles of water with special treats put in our room. Upon entering the hotel or going out for the day/evening the staff always welcomed you. Special mention for the exceptional service and hospitality we received from Carolina at the restaurant. Cláudia also provided exceptional service and we also received excellent service from Monica, Ricardo and Francisco. We loved staying in this stylish hotel,

In the midst of the action, this was the perfect spot for us to explore Lisbon. Gorgeous hotel in every way. The room was the most romantic I had ever stayed in. Inside shutters sound proofed the room too, so we were able to sleep soundly despite the hustle and bustle from outside. Lovely attentive staff and great food (at Federico’s restaurant) and breakfast. Highly recommend.

A hotel that truly lives up to the rich history of its building—classy ambiance, excellent service, and friendly staff, all in a fantastic location. (However, for first-time visitors to Lisbon, be prepared for the abundance of hills and stairs, which can be quite surprising.) Definitely a place I would revisit!

Luxury Boutique hotel

This is an old palace converted to a luxury hotel and They have done a great job with it. Booked 5 rooms for my 50 th birthday with friends and family. U cannot complain anything about this property. From check in to check out, everything was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and extremely attentive, they made sure everything was taken care off. The whole management of this property take their hospitality very seriously. They went out of their way to make our stay awesome. The rooms are very tastefully and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area was large enough with luxury toiletries. Over all , i thank the entire team who made our stay memorable.

Very convenient hotel. Unique interior design but ver spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet was quality and hotel set on a main thoroughfare making touring and shopping very easy

Truly one of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and really helped to set the mood for our entire stay. The property is historic, and we enjoyed a little walk around the palace using a paper guide to find hidden frescos and a chapel while sipping our complimentary welcome glass of port. Our room was incredibly comfortable, with every little detail of our room design and guest care being thought of. A little wine to shampoo and a sweet treat were left every night for us. The area is nice, with a lookout, local Portuguese food tavernas, and a historic tram at its foot. Cannot recommend highly enough-the Palacio Ludovice was the highlight of our whole trip!
