Great location right on the waterfront in Lisbon. Immediately adjacent to the arch and across from a large plaza with lots of energy. Rooms clean and quite nice. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

I love the decorations especially the sculptures. The room is okay, not fancy like they show in the pictures, I believe that one is a presidential suit. My ordinary room is not very different than any other hotel. The check in desk is not very obviously located. I arrived at night and couldn't find it at the first glance. There's no sign indicating the checkin desk and the hotel carry two names, the sign shows a name different than what Expedia shows me. The entrance looks glorious however it's not open to outside, you can only exit from it, not even with a room card. The hotel is not accessible by Uber/Bolt, you have to walk a little bit. It's accessible by Taxi though, but I advise against it. They tried to scam me the first time, then I never bother use them anymore. Amenity is good, I got enough water and beverage in the room for my 3-day stay. Breakfast is non inspiring, unlike many other hotels in southern Europe. Overall next time I will stay closer to the train station or ave of liberty.

Wonderful hotel located in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were amazing the rooms fantastic and the facilities were great. The pool, gym and steam room were an added bonus. The attached restaurant was excellent and the bar with the vaulted ceiling was lovely (they were short staffed one night and we had a long wait to be served!)
