The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay there. The meto was just a few blocks from the hotel which made getting around Lisbon easy.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was very good. I travel all over the world and the service by the restaurant staff was outstanding, some of the best ever, especially Joao, John, Richard and others. Superb.
