Overall the property was nice. Easy access to Metro and airport. There was confusion during my check in. My reservation stated that I requested two beds. We were given a room with one bed. The manager on the desk did switch our room for us but said it was Expedias fault and I was lucky to get a room with two beds. Not what I call good customer service. Otherwise my rating would have been higher. Be aware that many restaurants are closed on Sunday. We ate at the bar in the hotel and were wonderfully surprised how good the hamburger was! One of the best I’ve had in a while!

We love the hotel. It is clean and very generous have so many towels for us. Room is quite big. And it is convenient for us. It is not far from the airport that what we need. We only stay one night.

This hotel is very run down. Restaurant didn’t open until 7pm for dinner. Had to wait for room to be ready even though we came an hour after checkin time. Phone in room had no cord plugged into it so you couldn’t even call reception or make a call period. Staff were very nice and pleasant.

I thought it was terrible, when I realized weeks before my trip to Lisbon, that this hotel was far from downtown Lisbon (and was in a suburb), and the staff here would not allow me to cancel with a refund. My arrival was close to Easter, so I doubt they would have had any problem finding someone else to take my room; especially with several weeks to play with. So I had to pay for a place to stay in Lisbon two times. I booked through Expedia, and while Expedia said they could not help me, they did say that from there, it was up to the hotel. Expedia contacted them and they did nothing for me.

The hotel is good, however, for a 4 stars hotel will be required renovation soon due some issues it was observed during our stay. We didn’t liked the fact in Wednesday’s, there is no shuttle available for the airport, which the hotel should let us know in advance.
