Except for some black molds in the shower wall, the rest of the room we occupied is good. The staff were accommodating to our requests ( we requested another room as the air-conditioning unit is not working properly, supply of water bottle for the day as we always go out early and we don't requests for our room to get tidied). The most I'm delighted during our stay is receiving from the hotel staff a slice of cake (which was left in the room)to celebrate my birthday. It was a delightful surprise. I would consider staying again in their hotel during my future travels.

Extremely outdated building. The elevators wouldn’t work if you were trying to go down; only up. The rooms are old, dark and dingy. We only had half a toilet paper roll in our room. The maids were in the hallway yelling to each other at 8 am. Maybe they’re working but it’s a hotel where people are trying to sleep! Also limited dining around this area. Close enough to airport but wouldn’t stay here again.

Had booked a city view room but got a view of the back of other buildings. Main elevators were being renovated. (A lot of noise). Only worked if going to your room. Coming down to lobby had to use the service elevators. Mentioned to staff, but really didn't care. They claimed they have 5 elevators working.
