We stayed four nights and travelled with friends who'd never been to Europe before. It was perfect! Right on the street were MANY great places to eat or snack or shop. It reminded me of places we've visited in Italy. Clean, pleasant staff. Couldn't have been more.

Perfect room for 4 with 2 comfortable queens and a bonus room with a small sofa just perfect for parking luggage or dressing area. Clean soft towels replaced and beds nicely tucked daily. Hotel in prime location outside eating area not too loud great variety of Portuguese food good cheerful servers esp Monisha. As VIP member we enjoyed the free bottle of wine. Walk to many restaurants and shops close to Hard Rock Cafe. Variety of healthy fresh breakfast you’ll love to come everyday. Inviting staff at the counter reception all these said we will definitely be back to check-in at the Hotel Florescente again next time when in Lisbon 😉 YEY to 5 bright stars!!!

This is a very convenient location hotel, near many restaurants and activities on a pedestrian only street, one block off the major thoroughfare. Very accommodating and welcoming staff. The room was clean and well appointed. Great experience all around.

This has to be one of my favourite hotel stays to date. The location is superb, easy to get from the Airport on the Metro, a couple of minutes walk from Restauradores station. It's located on a pedestrianised street, plenty of places to eat and from here you can walk a few minutes to the iconic Tram 28. We also walked to the Mercado de Riberia, which is up and then downhill and from here along the riverside. Staff are all lovely, especially Maria and Catya on Reception, very friendly and helpful. We booked a Deluxe Double as I was celebrating being older than I'd like! We were very kindly upgraded to a beautiful family room where the sofa was in a separate through room and they even gave us a special treat in our room. There was a balcony courtyard you could sit out on, a coffee pod machine and a fridge. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The bed was SO comfortable. Breakfast was really good and for once something hot for us vegetarians with roasted vegetables as well as bread, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, meat, cheese, cake and other hot dishes for meat eaters. We sadly only had 1 night as we then moved on to a hotel for my husband to go to a work conference. Although this next hotel was 5 stars it wasn't nearly as good! I can't wait to come back to Hotel Florescente and I highly recommend it.

What a wonderful hotel - room was fabulous - staff is so helpful and go the extra mile to aid - the only heads up I would give people is this hotel is on a pedestrian walkway so UBERs etc cannot pick up or drop off in front of hotel - but the location is amazing - so many restaurants in the area - will definitely be back

Lovely hotel. Decor is beautiful. So many nice touches and colors in the room. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with excellent shower. Enjoyed the small lap pool on the 1st floor. Beautiful tiling. Well located and easy to get around. Cafe outside the lobby served delicious food. Great base in Lisboa.

From the moment we entered until we left everything was great. At check in the gentleman was very helpful. The room was a lot more than we expected. Only issue was parking as you cannot drive up to the hotel (located on a pedestrian mall). Staff again was very helpful again with responding to an email I sent asking about parking (very close). The breakfast was very good and well worth the cost. Hotel is located in a very good location in the city with plenty to see within walking distance.

Excellent premium room, friendly and helpful staff, and you can’t beat the location. Pool area is so peaceful away from the street to just sit and enjoy a lunch. Appreciated the help with a shuttle back to the airport as it was a much cheaper option.

Great location, in a very walkable area with a lot of dining options, and close to metro stations. Nice rooms although notably lacked coffee/tea maker in the room. Breakfast was good.
