The staff in the hotel are very friendly since the first messages I sent. The hotel is ok, rooms small, and corridors to the rooms also very narrow, one door in front of other, think if both open at the same time won’t fit. To take the elevator, first you need to take stairs. The area is centric just the avenue where is the hotel is not convenient for anyone picking you up. No tours would go to that hotel, always telling you you need to go somewhere else. We stayed only 1 night and when we came balck from Porto we were glad we had a reservation in another hotel much more convenient and spacious, tours did go pick us up in that other one.

My choice of the best Hotel

It was on a street the a person could easily get an Uber which are extremely cheap in Lisbon. It was amazingly quiet and we were on the street side with 2 large windows. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods available! Also across from the Santa Justa Elevator!

there were stairs to climb with luggage, the strait well smelled horrible and although the room was well designed, there was little headroom so the cost should have been lower (annex room in attic, dormer window) and we would not want to stay there again because it was incredibly noisy until midnight and the staff said the form a restaurant music would be done by 11

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The staff were exceptional, consistently welcoming us with warm smiles and providing invaluable assistance throughout our visit. Their thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and directions greatly enhanced our time in the city. While the room was compact, it was well-appointed with all the essentials a traveler could require. The bathroom was particularly impressive, offering excellent water pressure and a reliable supply of hot water. The property’s location is another standout feature — ideally situated within walking distance of many major attractions, with convenient access to public transportation for exploring further afield. We would not hesitate to return on a future visit and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff was very friendly. They gave us a pastel de nata upon check in, what a nice touch. Room was comfortable, but small. LOCATION was great, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and major attractions. We had a nice walk from the hotel to Alfama neighborhood. The downsize was that this property did not have a lobby and restroom near the breakfast are were closed.

The staff were phenomenal. They were very helpful in recommending restaurants (Barbara) transportation services and booking excursions if requested. They worked hard to make our stay comfortable. As simple as getting a couple of wine glasses or a kettle for tea. The location was extremely walkable and for those that wanted to venture into the world of public transportation very close and convenient. The rooms were not large by any means, but cleaned daily and still very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

The Hotel's location is absolutely amazing ! Right in the heart of Lisbon just a two minute walk to beautiful Rossio Square. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and shopping are right outside the Hotel's front door. Room is very clean, large size modern bathroom and the air conditioning works great. Buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. The only negative is the bed mattress is too hard. Would stay here again for sure next time visiting Lisbon.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our 4 night stay. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The onsite breakfast was very good with many options, eggs, meats, cheese, fruit and breads. We had an early flight and asked if the offered take away breakfast and they took the time we needed to have it ready and they had a box ready for us the next morning at 5:45am, and it was a very nice box with juice, water, fruit, yogurt and sandwiches. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
