Perfect location!

My friends and I enjoyed two nights at this adorable hotel in the most perfect location in central Sintra. Do yourself a favor and skip the day trip from Lisbon and stay at this hotel so that you can enjoy town without the in and out traffic. Rafaella and her staff were most accommodating and friendly. With the exception of an unplanned water disruption (no fault of the hotel)we could not have enjoyed the hotel more. There are nice touches with breakfast and later cocktails. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed. I wish had more time to stay!

The room was nice, great location. That is there it ends. “Limited parking” means no parking. Didn’t have hot water the whole stay. Every time they said it was about to be fixed. No apology, nothing. The pictures of the property they have online are not even close to reality.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We booked two rooms—both were comfortable but unfortunately had a noticeable mildew smell. In one room, it seemed the bathroom door was affected by water from the shower, and the second room had a stronger odor, possibly coming from the carpet. Although we had to leave early to catch a flight, the breakfast buffet looked fresh and well-prepared—we wish we’d had more time to enjoy it.

The staff was wonderful. The location was great and the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Parking is an issue in Sintra but the staff will work with you to sort it out. We really enjoyed our stay.

There are so many wonderful things to say about the Sintra Boutique Hotel. The staff was amazing catering to all our needs, central location, great breakfast and the room was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sintra.

God location

Good location. The rooms are fine, nothing spectacular but well maintained. We paid for breakfast, it was average and you needed to pay extra for items such as fresh eggs. It started too late for us to have the second day (8am). Good reception staff.
