Excellent location

Enjoyed 3 nights here. Large room, kettle, nice shower. Air conditioning. The location is brilliant. Very close to metro station, shops, restaurants.

The location is excellent. Regarding service, there was a problem with towels, they mainly took them and did not put new ones and you have to go down to the lobby to get them every time.

Great location, excellent staff

Located close to the metro and everything else you may need. Walking distance to some sights. Lively neighborhood. I would stay here again if I am in Lisbon. Staff are extremely nice and accommodating.

In room coffee really should be provided. On our current trip we have stayed in 6 hotels in Spain and Portugal and this is the only one without an in room coffee maker. The front desk was excellent.

Had some issues with the parking. Also ran out of toilet paper although I asked for room cleaning, extra rolls were not left. No shelf in shower. Water in shower doesn’t drain properly.
