The AC was not working. They came to the room and said nothing was wrong with it, but it was only blowing our warm air. We had to sleep with the window open and still the room was warm. the bathroom has smell of Mold. We stayed at many hotels in Portugal, this one was disappointing for what we paid

The sheets were dirty, and there was nowhere to charge my phone nearby. I had to plug it in next to the TV, which wasn’t very convenient. You also can’t control the temperature of the AC, and I was too cold. 😞 On the bright side, the staff were really nice and friendly. They also help with bag watching after you check out.

Hotel is old but kept very clean. Close to shopping and dining. Not exactly in the tourists area but still convenient enough for exploring the city. The area is quite nice and largely residential business centric.
