Great location, very clean, felt safe, breakfast was traditional but gave variety. Even offered gluten free buns for my mom is celiac. Also just down the road (walking distance) to a gluten free restaurant. It was a smaller hotel which gave a more welcoming vibe. Staff was very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better cute, welcoming hotel.

Very comfortable and convenient stay. Yes, there is some street noise, but it typically got quiet enough by 10-11pm for a good sleep. Was not awaken at all during the night. Great cleanliness and the included breakfast is good, since nothing really opens in Lisbon until 10am (except for some brunch places). There is a small elevator from the ground floor to the 4th floor, and then a staircase going up to the attic reception / living room. Although it is a very minor inconvenience, it is a nice area for breakfast, an espresso, and quiet hang out space. The 20 or so rooms are on floors 1-4.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel is is the center of the Baixa neighborhood. Lots ot things to do including an indoor mall. close to bus connections for the hop on hop off buses. They have a relationship with a shuttle from the airport which was 35 Euro for two. We were there for two nights awaiting out cruise ship. The rooms were clean, although but reasonable for the price. In room shower. Probably not good for individuals with access problems as breakfast and the main desk are one floor up the stairs on 5. Snug elevator only goes to 4.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast every morning was amazing, the bread tasted so so good, and they had healthy options like veggies and fruits, and even Goji berries for your yogurt! They also have cake service with Coffee every day at around 5 PM, which was a welcoming change of pace from touring the city all day. The location is superb, super close to the rossio train station for one day trips to Sintra and other cities, as well as all the really well rated restaurants. It gets a little noisy on the weekend at night, but that’s a pretty fair trade off for how central the location is. Our room was actually pretty spacious by European standard, and we love the fact that we could store our luggage when we arrived so we can begin to export City immediately.

Breakfast was beautifully presented. Staff was supportive and bilingual! Room was a bit noisy due to location next to the elevator - a popular protest venue apparently - but that’s to be expected in a national capital city. Great location.

Property is welllll secured and in EXCELLENT condition considering the way the rest of the city looks. Breakfast is continental, but its wayyy better than other hotels hot breakfast. Checkin was smooth and if you communicate with them via messaging thru Expedia, it will make things a lot better. We left a bottle of champagne for Pedro for OUTSTANDING Customer he showed us. We hope he enjoys it. Location is than a couple 100 feet from souvenir shops and tons of authentic Portuguese restaurants. Only downside was its on a busy street and you can hear outside noise

Great location for walking the central areas of Lisbon, literally next door to the famous Santa Justa elevator. Room was small but impeccably clean and comfortable, thoughtfully appointed as well. Friendly staff and excellent choices for breakfast. We will stay again when back in Lisbon.

The hotel staff were wonderful! They communicated well ahead of our arrival. The room was flawless, really comfortable bed and nice amenities. Breakfast was abundant and fresh - no sad pre-packaged muffins for this continental breakfast!
