The staff was wonderful, the location worked great for us, great restaurants close by, the room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I was refused a refund for needing to leave earlier. The construction noise from the adjacent property lasts from 8 am - 8 pm, an awful pounding noise that shakes the wall behind my bed. Do not book here!

The property was situated in a great location, our room was comfortable. The staff were great with assisting with booking tours, the baron main level and roof top restaurant were a great for convenience. Buffet breakfast was a nice added touch. The only thing that was a little odd was not having an iron in our room.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Compliments to housekeeping staff, the room was always so clean. It is a good location and within a few minutes walk to transit and the sightseeing hub.

I sayed 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. My room was big and very clean. During the blackout, the staff was incredible. Although not much information was available, they stayed calm and helped guest with their luggages up and down the stairs. The property is within short walking distance to a shopping mall, metro stations and a supermarket next door. My stay was very pleasant. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

We lived there for 4 days. It was very loud every morning, not sure why but noise would come from the vents in the room. Sounded like the vacuum cleaning noise from upstairs, which was very unpleasant in the early morning. Also, the tub was clogged….i could see hair on top of the stopper..and I know it was not my hair because of the color. I only showered one time during my stay.
