This house was the realization of our father's dream: to own a large house for family gatherings near the sea. The sea became his refuge after his time in the Portuguese Navy, and he wanted to share this feeling of tranquility with his entire family.
Currently, we rent the house so that we can keep it within our family and share with all our tenants the feeling of peace and serenity that we experience whenever we gather there, where each day we marvel at a different sunset directly over the Atlantic.
The house has 4 floors: the upper floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom for both bedrooms, the entrance floor with two double bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, the lower floor where you will find the living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and the connection to the outdoor area with a swimming pool and barbecue, and finally our games room, a space where Mr. Adelino wanted to relive his memories of being a sailor and the sea, with a pool table, foosball table, ping-pong table, a seating area near the fireplace and also a guest bathroom.
Extra notes: We have a rule of use in which we ask all our guests not to put toilet paper in the toilets, but rather in the trash cans. This is because unfortunately we have had guests who used the bathrooms incorrectly and we have had several clogging problems, so now we have implemented this rule to try to maintain the proper functioning of the plumbing | Our pool is cleaned and the water quality is checked by a technician every Thursday or Friday (depending on the week's schedule). They will always ring the doorbell upon arrival, but if the guest is not present, they will enter through the back using a service ladder and perform maintenance, remaining only in the pool area and never entering the house.
