A clean, minimalist hotel. Breakfast the biggest disappointment. Location is excellent for walking and seeing cental Lisbon. Parking and traffic are problematic.

Great location, close to attractions, <5mins to Rossio metro station. The hotel was well decorated and rooms spacious. However there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, perhaps older building and we were on first floor. Breakfast was decent and was quite a lot of food (pastries, egg, bread + juice and coffee).

The hotel staff were great but the hotel is tired and in need of some modernization. The breakfast was good. Area around the hotel is busy and noisy and not much immediately around the hotel. However close to the Elevador Baixa to get from the Baixa area to the Rua Madalena.

Hotel in a good location with lots of eating places close by. All attractions within walking distance. Breakfast taken in cafe underneath hotel but a very strange concept and terrible cold filtered coffee. It was quite laughable as you could trade your orange juice or bread roll in for a fruit bowl which looked nothing like the photo and was not enjoyable. Despite trading in bread roll you were still given ham, cheese, butter and Jam. Don’t try and grab breakfast earlier than 7.30 even if you have an early flight as there is no flexibility. Despite the breakfast fiasco we liked the hotel as reception staff really welcoming and kind and rooms lovely. We had a superior room on 3rd floor which was roomy, comfortable and quiet. Would recommend but breakfast needs some tweaking and filtered coffee needs upgrading.

Exceptional Hotel!!

From the moment we walked in the door until checkout the service was exemplary. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast in the cafe below the hotel was delicious and the perfect start to each day. The location was perfect for exploring Lisboa on foot. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Easy to get to from the airport Aprox $30 euro with taxi or $15 with Uber. Very nice rooms with water and coffee provided. Shower amenities were excellent. Hairdryer and mini fridge also provided. Great location within walking to everything. City noise was not too bad. Nice air conditioning unit in hotel. Breakfast provided was excellent ❤️. Would recommend and stay again

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She spoke English. We were able to get into our room a liittle early. The hotel is in a good location, near to interesting sites and food options, including a grocery store just a short walk away. We had a comfortable stay.
