I upgraded to a higher quality room which was very spacious and comfortable. Room had a very nice view (although windows are dirty + don't open). Temp control was easy to manage. Amenities were well-stocked. Breakfast bar each morning was very extensive and has something for everyone.

Does not look as clean and modern as the pictures suggest. It is close to the big train station and a large mall, which is a plus. There are baby cribs in the rooms, which I did not request. The staff are overall helpful in giving advice on the local area but do not have good advice or insights into travel in portugal, as we had our next stop in south portugal and needed some help with logistics.
