I was told pool was worki g in 2 occasion before checking in and it was a lie! Then on my last night i wasn't able to sleep because the guest nezt to my room kept moving furniture around and talking loud and kept going out to the balcony to smoke weed. All of this was happening ovee night 2 am 3 am lasting till around 430am i didnt feel veey safe.

This hotel was adequate. Beds are extra firm and squeaky. Microwave didn't work. Bathroom countertop was chipped. Walls are very thin so heard a lot of noise from other rooms. Hotel would benefit from a remodel.

We called to make sure that the pool was open before we booked, but then when we got there, the pool was not open. Which was very frustrating because that’s the reason we booked there to begin with. They couldn’t give us any money back because we booked through Expedia and said they were going to give us points on a Wyndham rewards account but didn’t give me the account number so I can’t access them. It’s 3 days later and I’m still waiting for my room deposit to come off of my bank account. Just not a great experience overall. Staff was nice just wish we would have felt like they really cared about the situation.

Room was clean, staff very friendly. We stayed in a room with king size bed, refrigerator, microwave. Soap & shampoo was in the bathroom. Hairdryer didnt work. Pool was warm . Very nice. We stopped in bar room. Had a few drinks, bartender talked to her friends. Had to wait for her attention. Ordered food. Was good. Overall had a pleasant experience. Will go back
