This place was overpriced IMO. The location was convenient, but the newly renovated home was not as clean or luxurious as I would have expected for the price. I realize that it is in a highly priced area so perhaps this is comparable value. We were disappointed in the quality of the provided amenities. Very limited soap/cheap paper towels and toilet paper b/c on septic. Very limited coffee k-cups, no soap or towel in lower bathroom, fridge water/ice dispenser not working. There were not sheets or blanket provided for the sleeper sofa. The host provided them for the 2nd night. Management team was slow to respond at times. Beds are firm, pillows are nice. Off-street parking and location was best part and furniture was clean and therefore the higher rating. This is a new rental, so I assume the service and ammenities will get better with feedback from renters.
