Great apartment with the 2 children , nice and clean great location. Big bedrooms, kitchen great bathroom big. Only thing i think they could improve would be is to add another 2 seater sofa , only one. So they had to sit on floor or pull a kitchen chair, definitely would look better with another one looks a bit empty. Very easy check in , would definitely book again.

Property was a lovely warm modern well equipped spacious one bedroom flat with access by lift to the fourth floor-I could imagine living there. It's right in the heart of the entertainment area overlooking Matthew Street which meant that there was street and venue noise, ours was slightly reduced by the height of the flat, one of us found the first night very noisy but we got used to it quickly and that was without ear plugs. Its a short walk to the riverfront , to the main shops, fab local restaurants and every facility you could want locally. Slightly longer walk to heritage places such as the cathedrals.We walked everywhere which is good for you. 😁. However buses and the metro are not far. We loved Liverpool as first timers and will be back.

All of the fun is right outside your door With that said the windows don’t block out the sound very well even with double windows So be prepared for that if you care It’s a really fun place to be right at Mathew Street and easy walking to some places with food options and 24 hr shop right there too

the accommodation was well appointed kitchen area super did not park as arrived by train room was clean and tidy area extremely central to the lively Cavan quarter literally across the road from the club noise is mentioned in the advertisement and yes you hear the music but it didn't bother us and by 0100 the live music had finished would I recommend absolutely would I say again difenately

Well stocked kitchen with all the equipment you may need to cook, washer/dryer built in. Bedrooms were big with huge beds in them, hair dryer, spare towels . Ironing board and iron supplied, living area had small table and chairs with a small sofa to sit on. Only thing letting it down was the size of sofa if more than 2/3 staying especially in a 2 bedroom apartment. Would highly recommend this place to stay in Liverpool as over looks Matthew street with the Cavern and couple minutes walk to the main shops and Liverpool One

Great apartment but very noisy at night

The apartment was really clean, spacious, and had a big TV — perfect for party goers. However, I didn’t realise there was a row of bars and clubs directly behind my room. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep at all due to the noise from the late-night party crowd. That was the only thing that let the venue down.

Ended up not staying and booking another hotel! Felt unsafe as just myself and my daughter. Random man who knew the key code, let us in. Music properly booming from bars below, even though apartment was on 3rd floor. No way we could have slept until after 3am! Told that’s what we should expect when booking an apartment on Cavern St after speaking to management. Apparently the random man was security!!! We thought he was homeless as lots of homeless people outside the property when we arrived! Avoid unless you wish to party into the early hours and you have a male companion!!

This property is loud, but that wasn't a problem for me. I enjoyed hearing the music and live singing floating through the apartment from the pubs. I actually sang along quite often. If you want quiet, this isn't for you. However, if you want a walkable area that feels like Nashville, with all of the conveniences you'll need, this is the place for you. The apartment is beautiful, big and comfortable.

Great apartment. Shame the sofa is small and very uncomfortable. Good price for a Friday night. Very noisy but what do you expect you're near Matthew Street. Take ear plugs! Shops, restaurants and pubs on your doorstop and a taxi rank.
