Terrible experience

I was charged 4 times for our stay, we were sent to the wrong location for our keys and couldn't get access having to book an alternative hotel at 01.30am after hours of travel! The apartment wasn't clean, TV was broken, floor damaged, fridge damaged and black mould in the freezer!
