Stayed for one night last night and i was that cold i slept in my clothes. Noted fan heaters were left outside peoples rooms along the corridor but not ours. No heating at all in our rooms and rooms are singke glazed. Told reception on checkout but were indifferent. Lift wasnt working so we had 4 flights of stairs to walk up with luggage despite reception at check in saying “ you are on the 4th floor, go through the double doors and the lift is on the right”. No offer of breakfast on check in and no drinks facility noted or situated in the room. Room was clean but the bed wasnt made, the bottom sheet was on the end of the bed and the mattress had the cover protector on with the quilt thrown over. Bathroom was clean with the exception of the door which is in need of a clean as marks all over it. Had to call for internet access details as not given at check or in the room. No fire escape instructions in the room or noted in the corridor. Room was situated at the rear of the property with considerable noise above all night of some sort of “droning noise”. Reception staff did endeavour to help with our ev and parking enquiry on check in. Overall there is room for considerable improvement here and be honest with your heating issues. I would be unlikely to stay again.
