Stayed here multiple times found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms nice, clean and quiet. Air conditioning is able to keep the room nice and cool.

Booked a 3 night stay. Not a cheap hotel, expected more. Day 1 ordered room service, Day 2 room not cleaned, still had all the room service tray inside as nowhere to put it outside the room, no tea, coffee or water. Mentioned at reception, someone replaced the teas but left all the room service stuff. Day 3 room finally cleaned. Ordered a birthday dessert platter before arriving for my son, didn’t want it until day 3 his birthday but was told it’s just put in the room when you arrive. Asked for payment for it when I checked in. Paid, then charged local taxes, paid on checking out. Then chased after for payment for a dessert plate I had paid for. Rang the hotel, put on hold then phone went dead. Ended up just paying again so they didn’t bother me with phone calls. Won’t be returning. Didn’t feel valued.

The hotel was close to the shops, restaurants and Albert Dock. Easy access to football stadiums. The room was comfortable with a good shower and big towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Hotel is modern and spacious but we were disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly with the toilet seat dirty and bathroom bin still full. The bed itself is very high and the pillows are ridiculously big & firm making a good nights sleep for a side or stomach sleeper practically impossible. Also small things like the air con not seeming to work to cool the stuffy room and there being no sleep mode on the tv weren’t ideal. Additionally breakfast was chaotic with no seating available and being forced into a bar and high stool area then unseated to be taken to a table - only to be told said table was now gone and our bar seats were taken too. Really disappointing and sadly won’t be returning.

Room 527 had smell in the bathroom it was coming from the sink.and not from the floor that we reported. The main door you could not put the inside door lock on Reported to the cleaner Also they need better pillows Everything else was excellent

Great location for anything around the city centre

Second stay at this hotel, it's a great location a few minutes walk from the city centre and the same for the docks area. Room was spacious and clean, bed is not the most comfortable (or biggest), but didn't detract from a great stay. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
