Good hotel.

It was the ideal hotel for me as I had to be just across the road at Liverpool Eye hospital early morning. I didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the room & bed were huge and spotlessly clean.

Parking was not available but good that the hotel has a deal with the car park nearby. No amenities with the net zero excuse so a big saving for hotels and no great for customers. For example: no body or hand cream. Not sure why I was given a disabled room…. No apology for having to come down to recheck in as reception was not answering the phone. Overall good experience

The hotel is bright, welcoming, very quiet and above all a very convenient location for walking to the hospital and major landmarks of the city. It felt a safe environment, with all staff being most helpful. For those arriving by car, there is a large multi-storey car park located nearby.

Friendly and Helpful Staff!

Exceeded our Expectations

The Novotel exceeded our expectations. The check-in was friendly & efficient and the rooms were clean & spacious. The bathroom was large & modern with plenty of complimentary toiletries. We didnt use the bar/restaurant so can't comment on that. We were staying to attend a gig at the Uni, it was an excellent location for that. And also easy to get to the hotel ia M62. There is no parking but the Multi-storey literally 2 mins walk away had large parking bays & felt very secure. Overall the hotel was definitely value for money, I would recommend & would not hesitate to use if we were in the area again.
