This was our fourth stay. It did not disappoint and we will choose it in our next trip to Liverpool. One recommendation is to not have such a strong smelling air freshener scent throughout the facility, especially the lobby and the rest of the ground floor. It triggered a migraine

An excellent hotel

One of the friendliest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were brilliant, in every area. They couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast choice was amazing. The location was a pleasant 20 minute walk from the city centre (or only a short Uber ride away) and located adjacent to the university campus. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay. An enjoyable and relaxing break, well looked after by the excellent staff team.

Walkable from the train station, about 45 minutes walk from Anfield (we attended a gig). Felt quite safe around the area. Missing obvious places to eat nearby, but we could’ve investigated that more or asked at the reception so that’s not a mark down. Clean, modern, friendly staff, decent stay!

Very clean room (aside from some carpet stains from previous guest getting hair dye on the carpet!). Warm welcome from staff, spacious room with comfy bed. Great breakfast choices, and loved being able to have a glass of wine on the terrace in the sunshine!

Modern Feel Easy Breezy

Very clean and modern feeling hotel. I especially liked the deal they have with Paddington Village Car Park which made overnight parking reasonably cheap. Breakfast was good. Our bed was quite firm (I liked it however my wife would have preferred a topper to make it a little more softer).
