Our room was clean, although my son's was not; it was covered in pet hairs, a dog?
The bathroom was clean, but very cold, especially the floor, even though we put the radiator on straight away.
It was a live music night, so was very noisy until the pub closed. I was OK with my sleeping tablet and ear plugs, after a previous stay on Boxing day!
It is very convenient for my relatives, so I would stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean, shower room was nice. Tea and coffee available in the room and plenty of TV channels. Staff were friendly and the bar downstairs was good but unfortunately it was very noisy due to a quiz (Wednesday) which you had to suffer in the room. In the morning the cleaning staff were playing music perhaps the radio which again you had to listen to. Honestly overall it was good and a solid place to stay.
Very clean and comfy,would definitely recommend and will be booking again soon.

Staff were friendly and room was perfectly fine. The shower, however, was cold and didn't warm up despite leaving it running for 5 mins. When you're only staying one night for a business trip, a hot shower in the morning is the least you can ask from a hotel. I emailed after checkout (no one from the hotel is present when you leave) to let them know about the shower situation, but so far I have had no response/acknowledgement/apology. Really disappointing.

There was a band on both nights which I wasn’t told off so sleep wasn’t great very noisy should of told me bands on when booking check first
