The room was quiet and had a huge tv. The shower was tricky and we needed a tutorial to turn it on. Room service was prompt and food was good. The robes and slippers were not sized appropriately.

Stayed for Labour Conference so obviously price paid was through the roof. Having checked the normal price for the property I’d say decent value at that level, room clean and comfy, breakfast ok and no problems with noise given my room was on the side that didn’t face onto Lime St station.

We had a terrible night sleep here. The mattress was terrible and the room was very, very stuffy. Breakfast wasn’t the best as the cooked food was luke warm. There was a lack of cutlery and staff to ask for more. The parking was a bonus.

Lovely comfy bed. Nice room again. Good choice for breakfast even for Vegans. Nice friendly staff just a pity stay was disrupted by other inconsiderate guests slamming doors at all hours. I did mention this to reception, obviously not their fault but told them stay was overall very good.

We honestly could not complain about anything at this hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff. The room was immaculate. We booked single beds because the King rooms were sold out but gratefully received an upgrade to a deluxe king bedded room which was so comfortable which is just what we needed for a good sleep before an early appointment at the hospital next day which is in walking distance. Free parking thrown in so what is not to like Will definitely be back

Room was overlooking the train station which had announcements till midnight. Advice would be the ask for a room at the front of the hotel. Fire alarm went off around 4am. Nice early check in though, which made up for the other disappointments

Ideal for theatres, shopping, arriving by train, always Helpful & polite. rooms are clean. breakfast available as an extra, or nip to the local Weatherspoon's down on the corner. Parking free, just a short walk distance away.. Need more disabled spaces, 2 in front of hotel, none in carpark

Excellent location for theatre trip and general proximity to the city centre. Lovely staff. Checked in by a wonderful lady called Susan who really was so kind and helpful. Breakfast and parking included in our price made this hotel such good value for money. Would certainly book again if visiting in the future.
