What a building

Arrived late round 8.00 at night, told that we would get a free upgrade, well the room was very nice but very small. Goodness knows what an original room was like, as much smaller room would be hard to imagine. Lovely bathroom though.

This is the first time my husband and I have visited this beautiful hotel. Our initial interaction was with Adam, the golden-keyed concierge, and he truly made our experience special. He set a high standard for service and showed us how the staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. As a person with a disability, I often encounter hotels that are disengaged and show little interest in providing assistance. However, Adam was the complete opposite. I give him and the hotel top marks—five stars!

Apart from the one issue a wonderful stay

Overall it was a lovely place to stay, the room was very nice, comfortable. The only issue i had was an issue with room service, phoned up at 8:30 for a Burger, didn't hear anything up to 10:15 i phoned through to get an idea of whats happening, was told they would get straight back to me when they've found out, still nothing for another 45 minutes so i phoned again, the person i spoke to had left and not passed a message on and had no idea about my call or about my food so i couldnt get what i ordered as the main menu was finished and only had a night menu so i had to order something different and didnt get to eat until 11:30 which was far later that i wanted to be eating.

Honestly, blew me out of the water. I wasn’t expecting this to be nearly as nice as it was based off of the price. This has actually been the best hotel experience we’ve experienced since coming to the UK two weeks ago - from the friendly male Indian staff member to the luxurious building/interiors/design to the massive room with lofted ceilings and nice amenities - with details like having our bags sent up to the room and cucumber water in fine glasses at the front - I was thoroughly impressed. And I’m usually quite the critic. Thank you!

Amazing hotel, the staff are very friendly. My room was so gorgeous with beautiful high ceilings. The bar was stunning with delicious cocktails. Highly reccomend, easy to walk to everywhere from there.
