The hotel was beautiful, chosen for the close proximity to the Hill Dickinson Stadium and we were not disappointed! We had a lovely huge clean room, which had a fab little coffee machine and a kettle too, great selection of teabags, sugar etc and a small bottle of milk in the mini fridge. The little things make all the difference!! All the staff were fantastic, polite, courteous and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant and bar were really nice, fantastic food, delicious breakfast with an extensive selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries and of course a full English. Excellent vegetarian choices too. We will definitely return and have highly recommended already.

Everything about the Titanic was pure splendor. The spa experience was first class, the hotel is stunningly beautiful. All of the staff were professional and veru helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had both a large walk in shower and a stand alone bath. We also had afternoon tea which was very tasty and plentiful. The breakfast selection was very wide and all of it was well cooked. All in all our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Room was dirty, thick dust ,hairs in shower and bath ,managment had terrible customer sevice,moved to another room,equally dirty, showed manager,attitude was 'sorry it's not up to your standard' surely no paying customer wants to breathe in dust or have a cross contaminated bathroom! Will not return and taking it further

Rooms are epic but the staff were just incredible best service I’ve had in a very long time. Front desk were a dream spring my taxi & dinner and have a VIP lounge I can work in. Tommy at dinner was lovely and it made our visit to Liverpool extra special. Looking forward to my next trip.

There was a constant and very loud flushing water type noise throughout the night all night and day on and off every few minutes - could not get a good night sleep! It was room 221 be warned!

Dockside view room Was amazing with plenty of space , a living area with settee and bathroom was roomy with large shower and seperate bath . Hotel is a bit far out but worth it . Book the pool before you go as we were disappointed not to get in as it was full

Room clean - phone extremely dusty though, food tasty breakfast and dinner fresh and tasty (Cajun ciabatta & sticky toffee pudding) Staff friendly. Never got to use the spa as they were fully booked despite contacting days before. Parking is cheap as I paid £10 for 24 hours. I would stay again.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. I had a lovely meal in the restaurant and used the gym too which was really well equipped and not busy. The main reason for this review is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and even when they couldn’t cater to an ask (such as a late check out) they were so forthcoming with other suggestions. They made the stay perfect.
