it was really good great staff would help you with any of ur needs great food but the only thing is the bedding needs normal quilts not feather ones some people could be allergic to feathers and pillows but we will be back every anniversary year

I absolutely love this hotel, it is immaculately clean, the rooms are amazing and communal areas are great to have a relax and a drink or to. Staff pleasant and courteous and it’s not overpriced.

Fantastic hotel for my partners birthday! We both enjoyed our stay we didn’t want to leave. The hotel arranged for the balloons to be in the room upon arrival and also left a note with an Everton toblerone. The hotel gave us a room with a view of hill Dickson upon my request which was lovely of them. The spa was fantastic! One of the Best spa’s I’ve been to! There were two weddings during our stay which was lovely to see and didn’t disturb our stay! The rooms are huge and they were just perfect for our weekend away.

Lovely hotel cannot fault anything about it. Staff are super helpful and pleasant. The large hallways are a touch on the dark side but it didn’t bother us once our eyes had adjusted.

Beautiful but a bit disappointing

We booked this hotel as it looked beautiful, and it was, but we were disappointed to learn it was an extra £25 pp for an hours use of the pool and sauna. The website did not make that clear. We wouldn’t have stayed here if we’d known that. Also we upgraded our room as this was our honeymoon and we had 2 mattresses pushed together, again very disappointed! The room is huge and a beautiful building. We felt safe and about a 15/20 walk to the Albert docks. We did eat at the hotel as £18 pp for breakfast seems crazy to us!!

Amazing hotel

Breathtaking hotel from the reception the moment you arrive it just took our breath away. But then we saw our room and it was even better, the size, the view, the bathroom everything was just beautiful. My only tip would be book your table in the restaurant as we couldn’t get a table on our first night.
