No 5 star because

The titanic hotel is fantastic, we had a premium dock view room and it’s was huge! And an incredible room However, there is a reason why there is no 5th star. Carpet was coming up in some places, the tv did not work and there was a few areas of decorating that I would have expected to be perfection However I would never be put off staying it’s a wonderful hotel

The staff were very helpful, room was spacious but for no reason, bathroom also but nowhere near sink or shower to hang towel and little room to place toiletries. TV was old, difficult to operate and was impossible to view when in bed. Breakfast great, good bar area. Spa was lush if a little small and as usual not everything working.

Amazing stay at The Titanic. Spacious room with great view. Absolutely spotless. Bar snacks were lovely as was breakfast. Have already booked to stay again. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t accept adjoining room

Very nice hotel, however we were in a room with adjoining doors. These are not soundproof and you’ll hear through them which can affect your sleep.
