Dockside view room Was amazing with plenty of space , a living area with settee and bathroom was roomy with large shower and seperate bath . Hotel is a bit far out but worth it . Book the pool before you go as we were disappointed not to get in as it was full

Room clean - phone extremely dusty though, food tasty breakfast and dinner fresh and tasty (Cajun ciabatta & sticky toffee pudding) Staff friendly. Never got to use the spa as they were fully booked despite contacting days before. Parking is cheap as I paid £10 for 24 hours. I would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful large rooms. This is our favourite hotel in Liverpool. I haven’t used the spa but it appears to be quite nice.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. I had a lovely meal in the restaurant and used the gym too which was really well equipped and not busy. The main reason for this review is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and even when they couldn’t cater to an ask (such as a late check out) they were so forthcoming with other suggestions. They made the stay perfect.

The room was fantastic as was the spa, breakfast was also great and check in/out very easy and fast only thing that didnt make it a full 5 star was that sespite being out of the room for 6 hours the room wasnt made up between nights

A warm welcome from the staff. The lounges had a nice ambience. The room was spacious. A corner room with two windows overlooking Stanley Dock. Well appointed with subtle lighting. Large bathroom with bath and shower plus Espa toiletries. Didn't have time to use the spa. Maybe next time. As I would return
