The location was great as it very close to the pier and tramway and about 15 mins walk to Llandudno station. Sue who runs the place is great and was accommodating to my needs. Everyone there were splendid. The rooms were made up every day and had complimentahot drinks and some chocolates. The breakfast was good too which was made to your order. The only thing that made this stay less enjoyable was the toilet cubicle was rather small and the seat was loose.

Great central stay

Fab find. Great location within easy reach of Llandudno centre but in a quet part. Room was very clean and the breakfast was beautiful. Really enjoyrd our stay and was perfect for what we needed.

A Terrific Trip

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Sue was an amazing host and couldn’t have done anything more for us. We had a super time and hope to be back soon.

Myself and my wife were very happy for our 5 nights stay at Beach House. Sue, the owner of the hotel is very accommodating, easy to get along with and very knowledgeable of the local area. Breakfast is great and sets you up for the day. Location is excellent. Highly recommended and will probably return.

Lovely B&B, great breakfast

A lovely family run B&B in Llandudno. The B&B is located just off the main street and the promenade, so is situated perfectly for exploring Llandudno and the wider area. The room was well decorated with a very comfy bed. The owner has considered all the small details and we really appreciated the proper hot chocolate sachets and the sweets/mints. Breakfast was also great, there were a range of options such as salmon, however we obviously went for the Welsh breakfast, which was great! Would thoroughly recommend this B&B, we had a great stay.

Friendly and welcoming, amazing location. 5-Star!

Friendly welcome, Sue has great knowledge of the area and suggested a couple of lovely places to eat. She noticed we had brought a bottle of wine for when our child went to bed and brought us up 2 wine glasses. This hotels location is perfect, very short walk to Tram station, Pier, and sight seeing bus stop all within 2-4 min walks. We will be visiting again as there is so much to see and do in the area.
