Lovely littl gem

Lovely little place within walking distance to the main centre. Lovely hosts, excellent breakfast, easy to navigate. Decor a little dated but likely catering for a certain age range clientele. Would definite stay again

Beautiful area in Llandudno with main shopping very close by and the West Shore only a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the scenery, and peaceful walks in the area. The house is well maintained with a spacious bathroom with bath shower combination. The bedroom was fairly small but comfortable for a 3 night stay. Water bottles were provided upon arrival and biscuits topped up daily which was a nice touch. A good overall stay, thank you ☺️

Charming B & B. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order. On street parking could be hit and miss depending on when you returned to the B & B. However, once it got past 5pm, there were plenty of spaces available. Would definitely recommend this property.

The people at Holcombe house made our stay memorable, the room was delightful clean and fresh, the food served at breakfast was excellent tasty and fresh, the people were hardworking and went the extra mile to satisfy our needs, Parking one the street was now a problem, the guest house was close to the center.
