Excellent!

The staff were very helpful, restaurant and food superb, hotel lovely in a great location on the seafront. The only down side was the car park, very small and cramped but there is road parking nearby which seemed to be free after 4pm. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

The hotel is well situated. Just a short walk to the beach or town. It is a perfect location to walk to venue Cymru. The staff are friendly and enjoy a chat but their service is not intrusive.

The ambience is perfect. Staff are helpful but respect guest privacy. The hotel is beautifully maintaibed, full of character. When cleaning a occupied room, the door should not be propped open if the cleaner is in the bathroom area. More vigilence is required.

The breakfast was brilliant absolutely lovely. But sadly the evening dinner was poor, we had the chicken dinners they had far too much salt in them, surely it has to be the customer who has the choice of adding their own to taste. And the hassle back potato were just awful, along with the over cooked and very dry chicken. We couldn’t complain at the time as we would have been late for a theatre show. No body likes to complain i know but at £70 it was disappointing.

Its always a lovely way to spend a few days in one of our favourite places! The Imperial has a spa, every room is comfortable, staff are relaxed polite and kind.

Would definitely return!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the 5th floor room was nice with large bed and separate sitting area. Breakfast was good. Small car park to rear-no problem parking due to time of year.
